Did you know that students can take advantage of the benefits of entrepreneurship education even before they enter college?

An entrepreneurship-focused education can help middle and high-school age students develop crucial life skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom walls.

What Is Entrepreneurship Education?

Entrepreneurship education focuses on developing real-world skills that will help students to lead exceptional lives in a rapidly changing world.

Entrepreneurship education teaches students crucial life skills, such as:

  • How to collaborate and work with a team

  • How to speak in public and prepare an effective presentation

  • How to collect and analyze data

  • How to use social media as an advocacy tool

  • How to solve real, complex problems that don’t have a definitive answer

  • How to use curiosity and creativity to find an innovative approach to difficult problems

Students learn to understand the product development cycle, come up with their own unique business proposals, and deliver multiple pitch presentations.

This process results in a superior college prep experience that serves our students long after they've graduated high-school.

Entrepreneurship education does not just benefit those entering the fields of science, technology, and business.

Students of art, music, and humanities can develop their imagination and learn how to apply creative thinking skills to real-world problems.

On a broad scale, two flagship-programs are created to take the students logically and intellectually into the fascinating exploratory journey.

E.Instinct.png

Explorer Instinct is program which let student explore, experience and assimilate information which becomes the base for their natural learning. The program aims to develop the basic inquisitiveness of the human nature which is often overlooked by the left-brain dominated society and education.

We start with an interactive and experiential "Design Thinking" workshop for the participants to unleash their thinking capabilities beyond the very obvious and habitual thought process. Our design thinking session plan and curriculum are by the Designocrats - The School of Design Thinking. At this level challenges in the form of competition or team projects are given which are mostly shared by the corporate and the industry.

E.Incubator.png

Explorer Incubator is the second phase where the students are taken to the next level of exploration. In this phase the students or the explorers synthesize the information and learning and convert them into some very meaningful chunk of applicable knowledge, which can impact the the surrounding, the ecosystem or the society in a positive and a meaningful manner.

The aim here in this phase is not to derive the conclusions or output but to learn the logical and the lateral methods to solve a problem - it is the engineering of "solutions" and in the entire process the metamorphosis of the student mind happens. Exploration will become a natural phenomena.

We also understand that leaning happen in teams and in communities. Peer to peer learning is one of the best learning methodology. Hence we have a community of explorers and mentors, which we call the Explorer Hive, and which operates beyond the boundaries of a classroom, state or a nation - Unleashing the true joy of learning!

At the Explorer Hive, very specific mentoring and attention is provided to the student along with the support of the industry and the government, so that the idea which gained shape, can be taken forward in path of creating a product.
